Membership Policies

Membership Policies

1. Monthly Membership Fee & Automatic Debit
A membership fee of AUD $99 will be automatically debited from your nominated payment method on the 1st day of each month.

Members may upgrade to receive two (2) treatments per month for AUD $189 per month.

HIFU treatments are strictly excluded from this membership program.

2. Minimum Commitment Period
All memberships require a minimum commitment of four (4) consecutive months from the date of joining.

After the initial 4-month period, the membership will automatically convert to a month-to-month subscription, which may be cancelled by the member in accordance with the cancellation clause below.

Early termination during the minimum period is not permitted unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Monthly Treatment Entitlement
Members are entitled to one (1) treatment per calendar month (or two (2) if on the upgraded plan).

Treatments:

Must be booked and used within the same calendar month.

Cannot be carried over to the following month.

Are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.

Failure to use the treatment within the month will result in the treatment being forfeited.

4. Non-Transferability
This membership is strictly personal to the registered member.

Membership benefits, treatments, credits, or appointments cannot be transferred, shared, gifted, or used by any other person under any circumstances.

5. Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy (Strict 24-Hour Notice)
Members must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any booked appointment.

Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in:

The treatment for that month being forfeited, and

The appointment being treated as used.

No exceptions will be made.

6. Annual Pause Option
Members may pause their membership once per calendar year for a maximum of one (1) month, only after completing the initial 4-month minimum commitment period.

Pause requests must be submitted in advance and approved by the clinic prior to the next billing date.

7. Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails:

The member’s booking privileges will be immediately suspended.

No treatments may be booked or received until the outstanding amount is paid.

The clinic will reattempt the payment within 3 business days.

If payment remains outstanding for more than 7 days, the clinic reserves the right to:

Charge the outstanding amount at any time,

Suspend or terminate the membership,

Refer the unpaid balance to a debt recovery process.

Membership time continues during any period of non-payment, and missed treatments during this time are forfeited.

8. Cancellation of Membership
After the initial 4-month minimum period, members may cancel their membership by providing written notice at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date.

Cancellations requested after this time will take effect from the following month, and the next payment will still be processed.

9. Consumer Rights (ACL Compliance)
Nothing in this agreement excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Agreement
By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
